Cannot Sign Into R Over 21,695,000 Score Help Help Help

Years ago with one computer in the house we both played on RICHFK1941 (password) GUYCAT with no problem. Then I only (Sarkis) played F/C Solitaire getting it up several million points. Then got my own computer now SARKIto play F/C Solitaire which I was now ready to hit the 22million mark having over 21,695,000 points at last playing. For some time, when I'd having to try signing in (if I could not click in DIRECTLY from FAVORITES BAR) it would say "NEED TO REDO/RENEW YOUR PASSWORD" which I DID NOT WANT TO DO AS "GUY" was our kitty of 20 years before we lost him??? BOO HOO and so I wanted to keep GUYCAT AS PASSWORD AND IT WOULD ALLOW ME TO DO THAT!!!THEN 2 days ago my FAVORITES BAR WENT DEAD SO I had to remake it and which was NO PROBLEM "EXCEPT" when I went to put in POGO.COM for RICHFK1941 it would NOT LET ME SIGN IN....I THINK MAYBE It DID NOT WISH TO RECOGNIZE MY OLD YEARS LONG NOW password and then it would give me a BOX with 4-5 characters and it would say TYPE THiS CODE IN THE BOX which I'd do....and it would NOT OPEN ANYTHING but give me ANOTHER BOX with 4-5 NEW CODE CHARACTERS which I'd type in but it just kept adding in one new code after another typing in 4-5-6-7 new codes NONE OF WHICH WORKED??CAN YOU HELP ME???? time Los Angeles/Burbank/California mornings best to call??? or evenings up to after midnight....I DESPERATELY MISS MY OLD 21 going on 22 million account CAN YOU HELP!!! !!! PLEASE THANKS THANKS THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
