I Have Tried Everything And No Games Will Load For Me Help!!!!

Appears you have been busy! Everything you have done to troubleshoot your Pogo issue is what a pogo representative would request you do before looking at other possible options for a resolution. So you are already one step ahead of the troubleshooting options.

The only suggestion I see left would be to try logging in to Pogo Games through a different computer/laptop. If, you are able to play then it is likely an issue with your device's hardware.

You may receive additional options to try by chatting with a pogo games rep online. Here is how to do set the chat up:

There is a chat option available to speak with a live rep through the EA Games/Origin Website (Owner of Pogo) which can be accessed through the following link:

Once at the link:

• Select Account Management as the topic and in the next box type in 'Can not load any games' and click Next

You should be at the Origin Log In Screen (Don't worry, this is where you want to be) and click on Cant access my account (under the log in window)
A Pop-up window should appear for you to fill in First and Last name and Email address, When filled in, click Next
The next page should ask "How would you like to contact us? Directly under this question you should see one of two options:
a) Live Chat - with the wait timeframe for the next available rep to speak with for assistance
b) Live Chat - Unavailable at the moment - click on the orange box anyways to wait for the next available rep. However, your wait time may be extensive.

Please note: Customer Service is suppose to be 24 hours a day, however, it is unclear if this includes the chat option as well. If you are unable to chat with a rep, you may want to try again during the weekday during normal business hours. (8-5 PST)
