2000 Pontiac Wave - Cruise Control:

Can't get the cruise control to work.  I tried pushing the button on the underside of the steering wheel and then the "set" button.  I can't get it to engage.  Any suggestions?  Also, what is the hold button for beside the shift lever??  Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated!! Gary Barkly
