I Have Changed My Thermostat And Waterpump And My Car Is Still Saying Overheatin

I have read and done everything possible to see what the coolent problem was on coolent system on the pontiac 2005 aztec I had my brother change the thermostat waterpump and opend the valves and raiator and ran car to get any air pockets out and checked for any leaks and it still saying its overheating the problem seems like its getting worse and some times when the car says its over heating I lose pressure in gas pedal any tips or suggestion on what I should do
