Why Does Priceline Offer A Refund If The Price Goes Down But Then Refuse To Hono
I found price reduced on exact vacation package I have booked 4-4-13 was told no because rental car company name can not be found out untill after booking so it is a lie to tell people about getting refunds when it is set up to be impossible. The price stays 87$ for car so why would it be what disquqlifies a refund?
