I Booked A Hotel In Syracuse N.y. For Two Days 9/19-21 On Name Your Own Price.
It was at Extended stay. I checked in and checked out few hours later because I notified the front desk that there were fleas in the room. The hotel did not have any spray but offered me another room to which I declined because I would have only transferred the fleas to that room. I would like to know if I can be refunded for that stay?
