Charged For A Rental Car Not Booked
was charged on my bank statement on 5-11- 11 for 342.90 for a car that was not rented have tried several times to call and never can talk to a real person.... this is very upsetting as i am a senior citizen and on a fixed income and do not unsterstand what is going on my name is Barbara Schroeder my daughter is helping me with this her name is Nancy Roth using her computer please reply @ this email [email protected] please help me

This is HelpOwl, not Priceline. We don't have access to your account. You need to call them at 877-850-9658 - they can't charge your credit card without you giving them the number and permission to use it. You may have clicked on something accidentally, but they give you multiple opportunities to cancel the transaction. You will have to fight it out with them. Good luck, they are notoriously bad about refunds. Hopefully they will give you a break.
