Bid Twice On Accident,no Refund :(
I accidentally bid for the wrong dates on a name your price rental car. I immediately "cancelled" the first reservation and made a 2nd one....now they are charging for both and I can't get a hold of anyone to refund the first amount. The second reservation was for more days and higher cost. I would think they'd let me cancel since I actually ADDED to the botom line.
