Cancellation Refund, Due To Bereavement.
In lieu of my inability to gain a copy of a death certificate for illness validation. I've provided customer service with a faxed copy of the obituary notification, mortuary confirmation and a program from the actual funeral service. Upon cancellation of this flight, within 5 days I purchased additional tickets from priceline for the same destination. Basically, I wasn't able to defer my departure to the same destination and now had to purchase another fare while this matter was resolved.
