Car Insurance.
Monday Sep. 30 ,i made a reservation for a rental car with Avis and the car insurance i had to pay it apart from Avis it was 11 dollars a day total $33.00 dollars,i cancelled the reservation for the car,no charge,but your insurance have the money,how can i have the money back?,the reservation ,thank you.
