Customer Service Associate Based In The Usa

I am at my wits end. I was affected by the reports of gunfire at JFK International Airport on August, 14, 2016. My flight was cancelled, and my vacation plans were ruined. The insurance package which I bought through Priceline is useless, unless there had been an actual shooting, and my wife and I were both shot. I have gotten nowhere at all with both Priceline, and the insurance company, in having the price of this trip refunded. Bottom line, I am being left no alternative except bringing legal action against Priceline.com. I will be in touch with an attorney within the next 24 hours, unless I am able to speak with a Customer Service Associate based in the USA, who I am able to communicate with in English, to resolve this problem.
