Hidden Fees
I have read several reviews from concerned customers regarding hidden fees. Examples would include resort fees, WIFI fees, and items such as hotels that provide coffee makers, but you pay extra for the coffee. I feel that the customer should know ahead of time if there are additional charges not included in the price quoted.
