Where Are My Flowers?
I ordered flowers for my mom for MOTHERS day. I tracked, and it said my flowers were delivered. My mom looked everywhere, and they are not there. I called and talked to customer service, and he said they were still be delivered.

- Call the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs, at 916-445-1254.
In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like www.complaintsboard.com/,,, http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or https://www.yelp.com/, each of which may get action from the offending companies
