Secret Packaging Failure, No Customer Service At Provided Phone Number.

I bought "Secret: Flawless and Clear" crystal clear gel in the clean powder scent.I liked the fact that the scent didn't set off my allergies.Unfortunately, the top (under the cap) was defective and came off when I removed the cap, leaving the gooey gel exposed. When I put the cap back, the gel oozed out, leaving a white soapy residue which dripped down the sides and made a mess, even though the container was upright.Is this a design flaw which others have experienced? Or did I just get a "second", even though I bought the product from Target instead of some dollar store.What's REALLY annoying is that the number on the package doesn't help you unless you're asking for locations for purchase or about stains or coupons.Since it's too late now to CALL customer service, I'm posting here.
