From what I see online, lots of people feel as I do about the passing of the old product. Coca Cola recognized their error and reinstated the original formula. So should you. I am convinced you have lost a lot of customers. You could always take a leaf from Coke and call it 'Vicks Classic Vaporub'. For once, listen to actual customers instead of 100K a year marketing experts.
