My Replacement Remote Will Not Work With The Unit I Did See The Blinking Blue On

Your question is not very clear, but I'll try to help. If the replacement is one by Pyle designed for your system, you'll need to consult Pyle. (You can if necessary find contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com.) Otherwise, if the remote's manual doesn't solve, it perhaps will never work with your system. Its manual should tell you, or you could consult its manufacturer--use the above link if necessary.
