Is Quicken Loans A Scam?
I need to refinance my house, but my neighbor siad he used Quicken Loans and got ripped off. Are they a scam or should I give them a shot?

I have closed two loans using Quicken Loans and I have to say it was a very smooth process both times. The entire loan team was very helpful. I really enjoyed the ease of uploading documents and keeping track of the progress of my loan online. I'm really not sure why your neighbor would say QL is a scam.
