Usage Of Quicken 2014

After downloading 2014 on the 17th of Oct., when I went to use it on the 21st, it would not let me log on when I clicked the icon. There was a momentary image on the screen but then it disappeared. Since then, I've went back to my 2013 version but still want answers to the problem and if it cannot be solved a refund of my purchase is requested. Also, what would be the appropriate tel. number to call? Thanks
