2010 Version Will Not Open-had Same Prob With Older Version. Canot Find Backups

I'm so frustrated with QUICKEN. Bought new version, it's same prob and have new computer also. go figure, There has to be a way to get it to open. And my backups will not open either. runnign windows 7.
