Cannot Backup Online On Quicken Premier 2013

Account ID: 18316275. Paid annual fee today by credit card now I cannot backup. Message says "password on your installation does not match server. I changed password today while paying annual backup fee. Please help so I can backup financial data added today in Quicken.
