You charged me $49.95 on 3/29/11 for above service. You have given me no clear instructions how to set the service up. Either tell me how to do it or give me my money back Gerhard Timpe

Cancel Quicken Online Backup. It can't even backup your Quicken if you have Quicken OPEN. RescueMe Backup can, and will do it all for you. Perfect Backups without you lifting a finger. :) www.rescuemebackup.com
