Quicken Premier 2009 Disappeared From My Computer And Still Cannot Find It.

I also purchased Quicken Deluxe 2010 and it will not download as it is as Quicken has been wiped out of my computer. I did not do it or want it done. Please give me some solutions to solve this problem.
