I Don't Wank To Keep Quicken Real Property Manager Which I Downloaded.how Do I E

I purchased and downloaded Quicken Real Property Manager and realize it is not what I want. How do I go about returning it and getting a less complicated version of Quicken. I was using Quicken 98 and it was just fine. Probably will downgrade t Quicken Home and Business. I am within my 30 days of purchase. Thank you.
