No Long Distance Need Reopened W/our Employ Disc-pd 5.95 3/1/13
Can you help w/phone service? I need my long distance reinstated. When CenturyLink took over from Qwest it never was set up. We had an employee discount w/Qwest we pd Qwest $5.95 on 1 Mar 13 and was told our ong distance would be instated immediately-it did not happen. CenturyLink is NO help at all. Though they do say we should get our discount BUT they have nothing showing we had one??? Please help us get this situation resolved.
