Rca 40la45rq Control Buttons Wont Work
i can turn on my rca 40' lcd full hdtv model # 40la45rq but the volume, channel, and input buttons will not work. there was a static shock that hit it while it was on one day and now it only turns on remote doesnt work but to turn on im trying to figure out how to fix this problem on my own your help would be appreciated
