Rca M4208rd-b - Opal 8gb Mp3 Video Player Battery
My RCA M4208rd-b - Opal 8gb Mp3 Video Player Battery may not be charging even after several hours, because I never see anything in the LED window of the player. I have followed all of the Troubleshooting Guide steps, and the LED window is always blank, Nothing ever appears, No indication of activity. When I try to upgrade my player software the upgrade process window closes as soon as I select Next. can connect the player to my computer and see the files and folders on the player. So I can get to the player that way. What should I do now?Thank you.
