The 32in Thing I Purchased
Over a year ago my 32in flat screen television sound went out.I took it to the local Sears store(my second mistake) I met the department manager ,then the very rude store manager. They shipped th T.V out for repair.Three weeks later it came back,a week later it stopped working again. I took it back to the store and was told to take it home and buy another.To make a long story short ,it has been repaired five times,by a local repair service.I was told after 4 repairs it would be replaced. well it is out again and no one will listen to the repairpeople who suggest to replace it. One time it stopped working before the repairman got out of the parking place. At last count ,the repairs and the house calls have cost more than a 52in would have cost.HELP.The 32in RCA television is a major DUD.
