Which Button Hides/displays Channel Info On Screen Of Sanyo Model Ds25390?

This is a picture of the exact RCA Universal remote.  The back of the remote just says, "Made in Indonesia."     ...     http://www.parts-express.com/images/item_large/182-226_L.jpg     .....     Sanyo Television set Model DS25390, serial V1490163915102. None of the buttons seem to act to hide/display channel number on television screen.  We cannot hide the number on the screen.  We unplugged power for two minutes to try to reset the television set.     ...     Which button can be used to display/hide?  Sanyo Tech Support advises the display/hide function is not accessible through the menu.     ...     Thank you very much.
