Rca Tablet Battery Pack Exploded 3 Mos. After Receiving As Gift.

What do I do to get a replacement for my RCA tablet in which the battery wouldn't hold a charge after 2 mos, so I used it plugged in and then the battery pack blew the tablet apart. This was a gift in May 2014, purchased from Walmart. I have no receipt.

the only option you have is to find out where was it bought and take it back direct to that shop.
