How Do I Return A Table That Is Under Warranty.

this is a7" rca table model #RCT6378W2 will not charge due to the charging port not locking in the the charger to make the contact. you don't feel the pin snaping in. bought this for my grand daughter for a christmas present and would lke to get it replaced, so i need a return address shipping label.
