A Single Mother Mad As Hell!

I purchased a RCA 7 Voyager with keyboard folio for one of my daughters for Christmas. However, she didn't get to use it to the beginning of February, because we were moving and it was in storage. When we got it out, it worked for two days. Now It just keeps resetting itself and freezing up. How do I get my money back? She needs a working tablet! Could someone help me? Ive been calling for an entire month, with no response! Please, can someone help?
