1. You can take the package (unopened) to the Post Master and report to USPS that you keep getting unsolicited mail to your address. You are now putting the ball in their court and they will have to take care of the return to sender or destroy the package.
2. Send Reader's Digest a letter putting them on notice to stop sending you unsolicited packages. Make sure you send this "legal notice" in writing with a return signature receipt so you will have proof of your legal request for future reference AND keep a copy for yourself. You now have provided legal notice to them that you are not responsible for the unsolicited mail. If they send anything else you should be able to keep it without owing them anything.
