I Have Been Charged Twice And Over Charged The Second Time Help

I paid 5.14 the first time AND YOU CHARGED ME AGAIN 7.70 THE SECOND AND TWICE FOR TWO OF THE MOVIES WHICH i HAD RETURNED ON TIME . HELP PLEASE OR i WILL NEVER RENT AGAIN FROM rEDBOX i AM EXTREMELY UPSET!!!
