They accept most debit & credit cards but there's no info on their site referring to Money Network. To be certain you should contact 1 (866) 733-2693 Redbox, Customer service for assistance.

Hi, Redbox accepts major credit cards, so if the money network card is labeled Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, you can use it at a Redbox. You can find that information at the link below, under the heading "What types of payment does Redbox accept?"
