Ricoh Aticio Mp 9001

Please explain how I store email addresses in the address book for scanning. Then how do you retrieve them??

To store an email address, press the User Tools button, then select System Settings, then Administrator Tools, then Address Book Management. Choose New Program, and enter a name for the recipient. Then select the Email tab and enter the recipient's email address. Touch OK to save the new entry.

To send an email to that recipient, touch the Scanner button to bring up the scanner screen, then choose the recipient from the list of email addresses. (If folder destinations are showing instead of email destinations, touch the option on the screen that toggles between scan to email and scan to folder.)
