sc865 is generally a hard drive error. You can probably reformat the hard drive and get rid of the error, but you will lose any data saved on the hard drive, which includes your address book and contacts and your administrator's email address, if you have one stored. If reformatting doesn't fix the problem, the hard drive will probably need to be replaced.
