Could Not Print Excel And Pdf Files From My Computer
Why my Windows 7 computer could not be click to print out for Microsoft Excel and PDF files through Ricoh Aficio MP C2500 that has been installed? But I do not have problem for Microsoft Word to print out.Thank you.

For Excel files that won't print, check:
- Check the page setup, to be sure the page is formatted correctly
- Check the Preview pane before printing, to make sure the text/images show up correctly
- Try printing from an older version of Excel and see if the same problem occurs
- Try printing a "basic" worksheet, just with a couple cells of text, and see if that prints
For PDF files that won't print, check:
- Make sure your printer has the Adobe PostScript 3 option installed or the PDF Direct option, for PDF support
- Make sure you are using the PDF/PostScript print driver
- Try checking the "print as an image" box in the print driver settings
Also, are the Word files that you printed in color? If the Word file was black and white and the Excel/PDF files are in color, you could have an issue printing color, such as a user authentication issue.
