Hi, you can change the name and registration number in the address book.
- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
- Select the user whose information you wish to change
- Under the Names tab, make the changes you want
- Select OK to save the change(s)
- Press the User Tools/Counter button
