How To Change User Password Ricoh Aficio Mp2550

Hi, to change a user's password:
- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select System Settings on the touch screen
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
- Choose the user whose password you need to change
- Go to the Auth. Info tab
- Find the correct section, (ie. SMB) and choose Change for the password
- Enter the new password then select OK
- Select OK again to save the change
