Depending on which print driver you are using, the exact steps will be different, but generally speaking to print in color you would go into the print driver properties or preferences (which you can do from the Print menu in the application you want to print from) and look for an Advanced or Color Management tab or section -- there you can set the printer to Color rather than Black & White.
