Cant Get Aficio 4000 To Send Scans To Network Computer
I have checked the path for the computers and it is correct. When a document is scanned, it wont go to the computers on the network. All computers can print to it with no problem

can you perform this test and let me know the outcome;
Oddly enough, today when I tried that it brought up folders. It has a connection. Yesterday, when I tried that it said there was no connection - something like 'connection failed' Response submitted February 12th, 2013 8:08 AM
30 minutes ago it worked. Now it says "Cannot find the specified path. Please check the settings."
can you perform this test and let me know the outcome;
- Press the User Tools button(small button with 123 and a diamond written on it)
- Select System Settings,
- Select Administrator Tools,
- Address book management.
- Now select the scan to folder button,
- Select the Folder button
- and select Browse Network - what is the result.
