Hi I Have Same Print,]the Problem Is That It Is Folding Paper,

i the thing is that when you are printting from any tray,the paper will a folded line runnig across it.

Greetings - The issue should lie with the Rollers that conveys the page and holds it as the printer prints - You will have to disasseble the product to access them and remove any such things as may look suspicios. Below are some manuals you can download and refer to as you go along -
