Unable To Retrieve Scanned Documents For Ricoh W3601

Hi, if you mean you are unable to retrieve documents that you scanned to your computer, there are several things that could be causing the error. Some things to check include:
- Make sure the folder path is correct.
- Make sure the username and password are typed correctly.
- Make sure the folder is shared, and that the user account whose username and password you used has the necessary permissions to modify files in that folder.
- Make sure your firewall isn't preventing file sharing.
- Make sure the W3601 is in the same workgroup as your computer, or at least one computer on your network.
- Make sure the folder path is correct.
- Make sure the username and password are typed correctly.
- Make sure the folder is shared, and that the user account whose username and password you used has the necessary permissions to modify files in that folder.
- Make sure your firewall isn't preventing file sharing.
- Make sure the W3601 is in the same workgroup as your computer, or at least one computer on your network.
