Error Code 670

What do I do to reset the printer from error code 670?

SC670 can be a firmware issue, a controller board issue, or another problem.

If you've tried rebooting the printer and the error persists, unplug the printer from the network and try again, to rule out any external causes. If the error still reappears, update the printer's firmware.

If current firmware does not fix the issue, you may be looking at a bad controller board or engine (BCU) board. However, these boards can be expensive, and it's hard to know for sure what the exact cause is, so you should probably have a Ricoh-certified technician take a look at the printer and diagnose the problem.
