I Have A Sp C410 That Will Not Print Black,
black does not print out on paper, color is fine, there are no error codes and it goes through the whole sequence of printing but pages are blank, it is a new PCU and the black toner is full.

If you've just replaced the PCU, you probably didn't pull the tape that separates the toner and developer. Take the black PCU out and look for a wide strip of tape coming out one side. (It may have a plastic tab on the end of it.) Pull this tape out and reinstall the PCU, and black should start printing fine.
