Richo Aficio Mp 171 How To Fix Destination List Updated Failed

I am getting an error message destination list updated failed. How can this problem be resolved?

Hi, this problem is typically caused by a communication error between the PC running ScanRouter and the copier itself. Make sure both devices are on the network and can ping each other, then try to reboot the computer running ScanRouter and make sure ScanRouter is up and running.
