Registering Prints Pr User.
I have reistered usercodes for each user on a MPC2003 and the driver on the users computers(PCL6). But still the machine will not register prints. What am i doing wrong? Do i need to enable a switch somewhere in the service program maybe??

No, there is no service code you need to change. Do you mean it won't let the users print, even with the user code? When you set up the user code, you also have to assign each user the permission to print.
Go back into the address book and select a user code that you set up. Under the Authentication tab, where it shows the user code, scroll down a few pages. There will be a list of permissions, for copying, printing, etc. Select the permissions that you want that user to have. I can't remember exactly how they are worded, but I think there is one for printing that says black and white and color, or something similar.
By selecting the printing permission for each user, whether you want them to be able to print in just black and white or in color too, they should now be able to print using that user code.
