How Do You Add An Email To The Ricoh Pr0 907ex

Hi, to add an email address:
- Press the User Tools button
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
- Select New Program
- Under the Name tab, enter a name to be displayed for this email address
- Go to the Email tab
- Enter the email address
- Select OK to save the new entry
- Press the User Tools button
- Select System Settings
