My Rocketfish Rf-tvmp20 Tv Mount Won't Adjust The Lift At All, What Do I Do?

The lift on my RF-TVMP20 will not adjust. I adjusted the lift tension all the way both ways using the 4mm Allen wrench. The lift remains stuck in one position. What do I do?

If you have unsuccessfully tried to adjust the tension both ways, and your TV mount is still stuck, I would recommend bringing it and the receipt back to the place of purchase to pursue warranty replacement. This item has a 5 year warranty.
