Complaint Re Pay As You Go - Urgent
I have a pay as you go cell phone and I would like to stop Rogers from the constant reminders about topping up my phone. I have an automatic deduction each month. I would like to talk to a REAL LIVE PERSON - Rogers system for contacting them is ridiculous. I am 73 and I am fed-up with these phone calls. I have requested I do not get reminders many times, and although it stops for a while it starts up again. Please fix this
